I was curious today to google what is meant by early fall . . .  apparently it is September / October. I guess we are now entering mid fall . . .  mid falll . . . I think we have been falling for a while now. Fortunately our "fall" is a black hole of no information, perhaps mis information or most likely the wrong information. These boobs haven't got a clue it would seem.

The only upside is my decision has already been made for me. Can't sell my shares if I wanted to. Since they have already been completely removed from any future planning of my portfolio, I can wait as long as I have to for any future developments (if they ever occur). I am just disappointed that what seems like such a good opportunity just never emerged. I've said many times if it was

I suspect those involved know that once they come and announce a deal is in place share price will zoom in to the .20 . . . just like that. So one side is likely saying we will issue you X shares that you should be able to shortly trade for y cents and so get the money owed to you out while the other side is saying  . . ."

Until we get a company update and a detailed plan for moving forward we have absolutely no idea of what is brewing with this company. Hopefully the next news release will shed some light on everything and I would expect management would give us an update before re-trade starts. Now with tax lost season selling around the corner I would not be surprised if GCOH and GEMC would choose to wait until
