.27 is Bid (for long positions)

Td is showing a message saying "Price shown is Bid (for long positions) and Ask (for short positions) at the close of the previous trading day". Does this mean people are putting Bids in at .27? My account is still showing .27 and my holdings balance is still showing 21 k. has anyone else's corrected?

My investment account (not TD) is still showing $.02 as the MKT value. I can't say I have seen it displayed any differently in the past few weeks or months. The $.27 bid is reminiscent of the $.24/.26 high that GCO reached after it began trading again in 2013 when it has halted under Puget Ventures.
