Gold versus stocks!

Nowadays, it is no longer worthwhile to enter mines as small ledgers.There is only dilution and the issuing of options for large investors.The big time for mine shares is over.
 
If you had bought gold instead of Sandspring you would have done better.

Not true in my case:  I have been in Gold X (formerly Sandspring) for 5 years now.  The value of the shares (adjusted for any splits) 5 years later is about triple whereas gold is about double. That being said, some of the random purchases in between then and now might not have kept pace with gold.  So, you have to be SPECIFIC on the time frame you are talking about. Has gold done ...more
