that they are doing a warrant acceleration? Of course because a M&A is imminent. Hold tight we will get an offer by the chinese very soon is my feeling. Maybe right after September 24th

If i see warrent accelaration i hear: we need money to do X. In best case scenario X is adding value to the company, which M&A could do. in worst case scenario X is keeping afloat, paying wages and keeping the lights on. Which is a value drain instead of added value. We do not know what the X is. Strongly rooting for the first option, but i find it hard to get a good view on this company ...more
