Is this halted until they get their waiver?  Or until the shareholder meeting in May?

CANN.C formerly Umbral Energy was halted for a few months for a name change.

Ok.  GLK needs to revamp their website, marketing, ticker, and other internal stuff.  That will all take some time.  I really hope there will be some more NRs coming out to support this change...

Very disappointing. Why would any company with the best salesman in the world with a product years ahead of the competition need to change their name for better exposure. Maybe they are going to fill their batteries with BS instead of graphite. Much cheaper and an endless supply. Second name change, first one didn't seem to work.

Banking it on a variety of battery metals instead of just graphite could be huge. An example is Cobalt which is in short supply and most comes from unstable areas of Africa. eCobalt:ECS (disclosure: I own shares) is a mine in Idaho that is nearing production and is looking for buyers. If this new company can tap into companies like that when this electrification of everything really gets going we ...more
