For now
Instead of speculating on what is going let's wait until the halt is over. They have stated they are working on big things. They have not stated they're going private. They are going away from being miners to processors of high value graphite. That is what we know and we should be patient until we hear more instead of stressing about worst case scenarios.

Hard to see how GLK having 3 of it's top people owning a new startup private company in the same business will be any benefit to Great Lakes.

A private company could be owned by GLK but could be owned by GLK's principals only which might leave us (current shareholders of GLK) in the cold. What does GLK have as assets to transfer to a new company? Why would they (GLK management) include us in a new company? This is interesting. Iamburt2 has a point.

Just looking for something positive here. The only thing we really have is that apparently Paul Ferguson has said the best has yet to come and I am sure he wouldn't BS us. (?)

I take it as it is written. Venture exchange is not a license to lie. I look for better days ahead.
