Ok, stay with me (for my 'out-of-the-box' 2-cents worth,...)
I know they just 'sold' their property to St. Jean's. Both Companies have nearly 133 million outstanding. I don't believe this is a coincidence. Back in the day (Pezim Era), companies would often get to a 'parady' in shares- then amalgemate. Maybe, for U.S./Cdn. sakes, they will 'synergize' as one (again) to form an 'all-in-all' graphite enity, under an U.S. Corp. (to take advantage of the lucrative 'defense contracts'. Just a thought. [weirder 'stuff' happens]
Full Disclosure: small shareholder of GLK GaL
