Quarterly results published.

What another stellar quarter. No sales and another $1,000,000 loss. $7 million in liabilities against $300K in assets. Anyone care to comment?

Not to worry , the doors are still open , and big orders are going to come real soon . The debtors know they are going to get their money back. I'm sure they know more than you do, otherwise why would they have loaned the money ? There is an order for tons that will happen soon,plus an order from Japan. Now why would these deals happen if Novocarbon was going to go out of business ? The books ...more

Novocarbon recently purchased 6 crucibles for coating graphite , each crucible is dedicated to a specific material to eliminate the problem of cross contamination. They are in talks with the largest lead acig battery manufacturer in N America that has already tested samples of Novocarbon's graphite. Good news for their partner: CHASM, a developer and manufacturer of advanced materials for printed electronics and battery applications, announced today the completion of an $11 million Series A financing round.
