The settlement was announced on June 13th. It seems like I remember the additional 7 shares added to the registry pretty soon after, like within days. Considering about 7 million shares have traded on the OTC over the last 3 days, I can't imagine it being anyone other than OGL. Hopefully it is. And if it is, just shows how sorry of a financial situation they are in if they needed to dump so

OGL needs money, if I was in there position I would also sell.  They don't owe Novocarbon anything.  They owe us investors even less.  However, as they get rid of their shares there will be an investor(s) who would look at the opportunity to accomodate them and get shares for cheap.  If I was Novocarbon I would stay quiet right now until this is done and then release news.&

Just a question Florida. What if the samples sent out are not what they were looking for and have decided to pass. Could be the reason for selling. If that news was leaked, we could see a whole different set of rules broken, then what do we as investors do?  Be nice to be a fly on the wall at headquarters wouldn't it. After all, valuation alone is worth more than 31/2 cents...... Just

His points are valid, but I doubt it. They are at an advanced stage of negotiations so I strongly believe the samples are fine or they wouldn't still be talking.  Something could else could've gone wrong although it is most likely OGL.  Orson knows...

Absolutely possible.  They could have screwed up negotiations or a customer could have said no thanks.  Then someone with shares could be dumping before everyone else does.  That could be a reason for the selling also.
