Bruce Reading also bought a big chunk. It would been nice to see more than just insiders (85%) do most of this placement.  But it’s hard to get people to buy if they can’t trade.

to me I'm most impressed when insiders, management, and directors belly up to the bar with major $$$ committments I'm sure that I'm not alone It wouldn't surprise me if the remaining 15% went into friendly hands and don't forget it was over-subscribed

like I said months ago " my DD told me there were investors ready who had big money to invest." ...Of course the negative Nellie's didn't believe me and called me a " pumper." I took my own advice and bought many more shares than I already held . I also stated these purchases many many times. Looks like I'm gonna be laughing all the way to the bank . I know I am called a basher, but if this insider buying is so great, why is it still halted? and my second question, how is this called a major investment when it is only $590,000 out of $7,300,000 owing? I am not bashing, just asking questions. Anyone? LJ

Good point. This insider buying has all the makings of the Company heading towards becoming a private company , in which case we all lose. Hope I’m wrong. GLTA.

The company would have to buy back your shares if they wanted to go private, which won't happen. This isn't going private, just wait.
Comment by GoingBroke on Apr 23, 2019 3:13pm
If you asked the question to the right person you would already know, but I prefer to let you in your ignorance. It will stay halted for the next month.

Kool-aid drinker. You can’t see the Forest for the trees.

I will say one thing.  If the insiders really wanted to take this private and screw the shareholders, they would have put in debt and not equity.  So I really don’t think that is the plan.   Maybe I am a koolaid drinker for SX, but I see it as a trade.  Nothing more, nothing less.  LJ

Settoretire sounds like your not going anywhere with that plan ,if I was management in this type and size of company I would want my lifestyle to be rewarded buy how hard I work to make the company prosperous and buy and sell the shares along the way rather than take the salary of say 100000.00  a year then maybe a raise down the road ,wow yeh not happening I’m sure executives in companies ...more

Been here before. We shall agree to disagree and wait to see who is correct. I hope your right though.  I have a sizeable investment I don’t want to lose.
