TSXV listing

The focus of the Venture Exchange (TSXV)  is junior companies, i.e., those whose assets, business and market capitalization were too small to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

There are 11 categories of securities included in the index: financial, energy, materials, industrial, consumer discretionary, telecommunication services, healthcare, consumer staples, utilities, information technology and real estate.

Previously a poster had said
"Nope, they still can announce any important order. Meanwhile, the Ventures is made for junior mining company, which GLK is not anymore. This might not be the appropriate place it should trade."

I'm sure GLK.v can fit in one of those categories

There is no problem being listed on this exchange . A company has to reach & maintain a higher valuation to qualify a listing on a bigger exchange . The problem is this halt, It has to end and let the company get back to real ( trading ) business again. The samples are still being sent to customers , or prospective customers. Novocarbon is a materials company ?

How come this halt is a problem if the business continues? If you really believe in the co, you don't care about daily price movement.

The company is a joke. Think about what has happened. EOM

Why  is it a joke?  Please explain yourself so that it can be discussed.  Random rants hold little merit.

A great link supra48. This is what should be the law . Level the playing field for all investors. I took the survey and hope it was worthwhile. There is way too much hidden BS going-on behind the scene that is legal but un-fair for all investors. Time to level the playing field.
