Federal Trade Commission USA had granted approval to BCE for aquiring Glentel on 5th January 2015. Here is the link:

Now waiting for Canadian Competition Bereau approval. Glentel also owns or operates 735 stores in the United States.

Hi, Target closure will impact 127 Glentel stores. Will that impact on the buyout price? Your thought on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Phillip

I would think not. I'm sure Glentel and Bell knew this day would come. Unless something dramatic happened in terms of sales during the holidays, the Target stores contributed nothing to profitability and were probably a drag on earnings as they were losing money since they begining. I don't think it changes anything, the Target stores are easily closed, the inventory removed and shifted to
