You are quite correct ,apparently the minority shareholders of uranium didnt approve it ,not sure why .this is not necessarily a negative for gzz .

Not a subscriber so can't read it.........should be some news coming out about bogside property.Difficult to follow progress as news releases from gzz are few and far between.
