OVERHANG

Very weird trading in the past few months. Share price elevated to 49 cents reflecting Rzz, then it collapsed. Seems that a large sellers is bailing out because of finacial problems; could it be Lee. Share price is undervalued by 50% based on holdings of Rzz. Once the overhang is absorbed share price will move into the upper 30's. JMHO

the Canadian Jr market is as crooked as ever. Since the majority of US shareholders have their RZZ or GZZ shares in the street name and a US broker (like Charles Schwab) uses a Canadian broker to sell or buy Canadian shares many Canadian brokers are willing to toss 100 share lots at the bid (cubicle to cubicle trading) with shares they don't own.
