GMG has appointed Frederick Kotzee to its board of directors & Anjana Reddy to the company secretary role to support GMG as it moves into the next phase of development.

Frederick Kotzee recently joined GMG as CFO, with experience as a chartered accountant with 20+ years of public company experience leading financial operations and strategic planning for MNCs. Kotzee was previously the CFO of Kidman Resources where he successfully secured financing and offtake agreements for over $750M

Anjana Reddy is the current General Manager Businesses Services for GMG, overseeing legal, commercial, and HR functions with board experience across a number of industries.
