US Dollar to Canadian Dollar is 1.36 today so the Shareholder Equity per share with almost No Liabilities is $1.88 x 1.36 is $2.55 Canadian. Cash per share Canadian is $81.7M US x 1.36 $111.1 Can / 49.17M shares or $2.26 per share. So the offer of $1.84 per share from the Insider holding over 50% of the shares for the minority shares is pure GARBAGE and should not be accepted.
