There is no doubt that DKL not only failed but conned everyone including his family. I think the only way to salvage Genoil is that BA forces his lunatic old uncle into a seniors home or get rid of him (he attemped this before), takes over the CEO position and hires a couple of good professional engineers to revive the company.

The problem is that Bruce is as credible as David. There is ZERO credibility with either of these clowns. Runyan had all the credibilty and was the leader with the progress that brought this company to almost a billion dollar valuation back in the day. He tried to get rid of David then but was unsuccessful. Runyan was ousted for trying to take over Genoil and then the share value dropped from

Compounded by the fact David cannot come to terms with this as an admission-to himself-that his ego (Runyan ousting) and  loser-complex/incompetence has boxed Genoil in an inescapable corner. If he's not hiding out by geographic location, he surely is in his head. Denial, disaster, ditch-his rote wash rinse reapeat. To wit:Two Hills, Canadian shareholders.

So, since Runyan was able to make the share price rise to $2 while he DKL was CEO then why did he try to overthrow DKL? I feel something wrong here...

Why did he Hernandez ? You know as well as I do. Look at Genoil's all time chart. The big spike was during James Runyan's tenure.

hernandez-we know Davey to be a victim of his own evident abscence of success and has succumbed to Narcissitic Personality Disorder.  But you invoke an interesting point. IMO a change at the top-any change-would be of benefit to shareholders. How could we do worse with such a comatose play? Two bucks to < two cents over twenty years. How does that look on a synopisis of achievement
