peterap-are you suggesting Genoil has a shot here? Negotiate an alliance/agreement with a major global refinery operator/consultant to itemize equipment modernization, identify process bottlenecks and introduce best practices to improve operations. Characteristically, Davey will promise the moon and deliver moonshine. Pemex has had chronic financing issues, something Davey has been unable ...more

The fact that they filed their financials is a positive and we haven't had a lot of positives for  a long time.

And... the stock is up 44%  today !!! Huge things brewing I am sure.  Even though most of the filings are copy paste, submit, copy paste, submit, change 3 numbers, submit.   I guess it gives us some more to chew on.
