Well Davey-in case you don't know-neither is a refinery. Here's a couple educated shots. Does anyone ACTUALLY BELIEVE the Genoil needle will pop-even if there is a 211filed?

Addendum: Genoil's needle could point in the right direction on this news-had it a track record of success. It doesn't-in spite of Davey bragging as if it had.  Davey thinks he's Tge Little Engine That Could. Imagine, a company with no built work to its name and a currrnt market cap of "Genoil will build the ports and pipelines if necessary" re Russia Velicoye.

If the 211 is filed and GenOil is approved for trading, you won't be able to stop the move up! I don't believe the 211 is filed, i think David is being lied to. David please ask them for a copy of the 211 they supposedly filed.
