I think you're probably out of luck until they actually make an effort to lift the caveat emptor.  Just filing isn't enough to automatically lift it: https://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/caveat-emptor When Does Caveat Emptor Get Removed?   Facts and circumstances may differ, however generally, OTC Markets Group will remove the Caveat Emptor designation once the company meets ...more

Great post peterap2001 !  daveyboy probably thought he could pull the wool over the regulators eyes. It appears as if they have figured this con artist out. He will really have to pull a rabbit out of his disgusting hat before the caveat emptor is ever changed for these bumbling fools.
