Goro on a 10 year low - Kick out Management

Did anybody by chance had the chance to see how the management is cashing in?

https://www1.salary.com/GOLD-RESOURCE-CORP-Executive-Salaries.html

According to this Website Allen Palmiere received nearly 1.6 Mio. Included was a bonus of 270 K. Why is he getting so much money? For running down the company?
Palmiere and 4 of his "Management" guys received nearly 3 Mio Dollar.
These guy suspended the Dividend of the share holders - nearly 3.5 Mio.

The share holders - who gave the company the money to build up this business - are now getting nothing. No dividend, nada.

From their March 10 News release:
"For the year ended December 31, 2021, we reported net income of $8.0 million with revenue of $125.2 million"
Palmiere's compensation was nearly 20% of the 2021 income. And nearly 1.3% of the revenue.

Am I the only who thinks that this compensation is completely out of whack?
