EVEN WITH THE HEDGE

Even with the hedging,they still stand to make $300 plus per ounce. that being said, if they hit they're numbers or even just below it should be 40-50 cents eps. Given the management team and relative safety of the play i think people are prepared to pay anywhere from 10 to 15 times earnings for quality gold stocks. and lets face it the gold bull cycle will probably run for more than 3 years. again I think this is a great platform for growth but even with none, i think its easily a one to two banger anywhere from now to april. Who knows what type of premium a takeover bidder would pay. I think we can all agree on one thing.............. no matter how you do the math this stock is certainly worth more than 2 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cant wait baby!!!

Can you be more explicit please on that 40-50 cents EPS? 140 million shares out. 50 cents per share is 70 mill profit. 165,000 per year production. 425 per ounce net eh? At 402 all in cost we best see gold at 827 per ounce. All numbers are rough for example only. But I expect to see 825 gold if not higher. At 50 cents a share in abull market junior golds can sell for 20-25 times cash flow ...more
