Question for the board

I am reading In their Q report that they plan on producing 700000 ounces In the next four years. My question Is what Is the expected mine life at the mesquite. TIA. BB2.

My question Is what Is the expected mine life at the mesquite. TIA. BB2. Per WGI's presentation " 14 year production life in the U.S."  This of course could increase depending additional gold in them hills. :-))

They currently have 4.3 million ounces of resources in all categories.  If we say that they will produce 150,000 ounces per year without trying to increase production we have close to 30 years of mine life.  I have spoken with IR at the company and they expect to expand the resource somewhat through drilling, so afaics this is a very long life high quality mine run by competent ...more

I htink some of WGI's resource #'s are misleading.  They actually have around 2.4 million ounces of oxide resources which they intend to mine.  The remaining resources are sulphide based which cannot be used in the heap leaching process WGI currently has in place for oxide material.  In order to mine the sulphide contained gold, they would need to install a mill of sometype ...more
