Why are we lagging??

Lots of juniors breaking out here, yet we are languishing.  Volume is heavy, wonder if some institution is bailing and keeping the price action down.  On the AMEX, I am seeing UBS processing the bulk of the trades.  If you have bloomberg, the screen to watch is 'WGW Equity IOIA <go>.

Once $2.60 breaks, it will fly.  Patience, WGI is acting the way it should.  Technically it looks awesome!
