As an ELE shareholder I can say my main concern about the hostile takeover is that it is woefully inadequate ... the Top 3 Reasons are nicely summarized by teh following Cut n Paste from ELE's letter to shareholders ... Elemental shareholders would only own approximately 12% of the combined company, despite Elemental contributing 97% of the revenue on a trailing 12-month basis, and 62 ...more

The problem with ELE arguements is 1) the stock did nothing but go down after listing, so obviously investors didn't see the near-term potential ELE claims, or have that much faith in management. Price is Truth. 2. Bigger/better royalties like FNV and WPM significantly outperformed over the same time period. Fact. 3. Management owns only 15% - better for them to keep the steady paycheck ...more
