I have to chime in here. First of all, its NOT shoppers/loblaws that Tetra is talking about because they are not private in any way. Either way the LOI will be huge whoever it is just for the fact they will have U.S exposure by working with this mystery company. Second, The way i see this panning out in the long term is Tetra will sell thier PPP001 over the counter through shoppers eventually
