You know what Joe? It would make sense to me. I had this thought when they introduced the company on BNN: it would not have been worth to unveil who our partner was because not enough people knew about TBP anyway and it would not have had much impact. But now that more people are aware about TBP and have done their research, I think to have this news release next week would have much more impact

Thats what I'm figuring too.  Why else would they publicize it at a later date.  Moreover, they probably want the SP higher to maximize funding.  All great news imo
