I found that weird too... it happened when it was 1.54/1.55 bid .. just my thoughts but it feels like its about to pop higher toward the end of the trading day ..

Interesting action. There's definitely more chance of manipulation and collusion with the lower volumes (or at least it becomes more apparent). It also makes this stock more exploitable (at least in the minds of some) by means of bashing and therefore an easier target at times. As of late we've really turned a corner though and the volume has been consistenly high which is a great sign and ...more

there is zero doubt the majority of the activity is coming from a TD bank account. Iv noticed some strange activity out of a bmo account at times as well. Iv noticed alot of phantom buying and selling as I call it. For example my brother went and bought 150000 shares there a couple of weeks ago at at 1.30 at ask. What he wanted was to eat the shares and create a bottom. It instantly filled even ...more

fogcity87, the ghost buy and sells could be the dark market trades, you can find this on stockwatch, you have to click on the ATS enable, this is the alternative trading system. on Friday the tsx showed just over 1 million shares traded, the number including the dark market was 1.4 million, I have noticed that some of my trades have not shown up on the tsx but my account shows the buy or sell, I ...more

With less volume and action today it seemed to setup some stubborn trading from both the bids and the asks. Aside from the early drop and climb and the spike at the end, I think most just set their limits and dug in to try and wait out takers -- no one wants to give up gains or not maximize in these lulls when they are trading.
