Tetra Not Being Bought Out Yet

As I mentioned in an earlier post, WEED is said to be purchasing a private company in Ontario who is in the second phase of medical marijuana approval. Similar to TBP but not TBP.

As far as a I know Aphria owns 10% of TBP and is the most likely to attempot a buyout of Tetra.

I think once Canopy (WEED) gets this company Im referring to Aphria will feel pressured to buy TBP,,,,especially with their already affiliation with Shoppers Drug Mart.

The only thing Im wondering is why Aphria has't already purchased TBP

someone already mentioned it would be cheaper to let TBP use their own resources to hit milestones and once they have something concrete that would be the buying opportunity.

Yes, I agree one needs something concrete to buy. IMO, If you look at this from a risk perspertive there are also some bigger picture items that will substantially increase TBP value once they are sorted out.. 1) Pharmacies successfully gaining the right to dispense from stores: https://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2017/11/13/shoppers-drug-mart-seeks-medical-marijuana-brand-manager.html (Buy-in ...more
