This is massive!  Tetra will own over 40% of the purchaser, with those 15,000,000 shares to eventually be issued as dividends to all of us!!

It's huge for sure. It'll be bringing in some monetized assets which investors are seeking at this time (although the big nugget will be the DIN still), Tetra will own almost half of it with dividends dispersed to investors over time. Nice that they are securing their own cannabis supply so they are not necessarily reliant on their partner Aphria. I still see Aphria being a big partner

Too bad we are a sell on news market. Although typically it's after a run up not a run down. Once they trigger happy fools that sell on any news no matter what, will rethink it over the next few days as the market absorbs the information.

Another piece of the puzzle -- it's coming together beautifully. You can hear the shorters squealing to try and squeeze as much as they can out of the SP before they cover their positions. They've done well in last number of weeks but the tables will be turning soon enough.  The word is that once the bought deal is finalized then you're going to see a big sp reversal and a
