The shares don't have to exist to be sold. Market makers keep the market moving by selling shares that don't even exist. They can loan these non existant shares out to be sold as well. This is called naked shorting. Stocks can and have been driven to .00 this way...

This explains the txs buy in of much higher price then current price. TBP is being excessive naked shorting. So much that they don’t have shares to recover which end up being buy in from TXS. Correct me if I’m wrong. I can’t even wrap my head around shares price being.70s. This is ridiculous. So many NRs that should have bring SP to the next level, yet we are going backwards

Call me crazy, but isnt naked shorting illegal? I just see 5 cents a day of lost interest/enthusiasm bringing the perceived value down with small amounts of volume determining the companies worth. No one actually believes TBP is worth less than $100,000,000

Naked shorting explain a lot as to why SP down so much. I have no other reasons. I just feel like some big company is doing for a buyout
