10,000,000 Common shares at 1$ are to be purchased soon.

Can any of you stock geniuses explain to me , will this sum just suddenly plop into the company causing the share value to be recalculated on the spot, or is this done in a way that we shareholders won't notice.

Theres a lot of know it all mouth pieces on this board, but it sure goes quiet with simple questions.

It will be announce soon. Maybe tomorrow. The deal is already closed. It doesn’t neccessary bring up the SP. but investors know that they are buying at a discount. People who invest at 1$ know that they will make it back
