Be careful with your Asks end of day
If you have a sell order in under $95-$1 tonight it could get filled by the open tomorrow. This depends if they put out the NR by morning tomorrow of course. The underwriters could buy back up everything to $1 quickly when it happens. Don't let it be your shares.

Is that really how it works?? This big purchase will actually reflect the stock price live?

Nope, that is not how it works. People buying into $1 because they want warrant. Shares price might go up and over because the company received the money to do what they planned. In this case, they will start phase 3. Aph send someone to TBP because they want to know how is that money being manage

So again I ask, will this finalized deal actually apply to the shares value all of a sudden when implemented? Will we see this suddenly alter the stocks value?

Shares count will go up as well as market capitalization

Thats what I said and just because the financing was done at a buck doesn't mean that the share price will go to that , if this correction is still happening it wont, I hope i'm wrong.

Don't worry. You are wrong. :) Do you mean never go to $1 again? I'm being optimistic with tomorrow for sure...but within 1 week yes. If it doesn't nothing makes sense anymore.

Um...yes...The buying up from .77 cents is how it works. This is separate from the 10,000,000. The underwriters who were shorting will now buy up the shares everyone is leaving for them. That IS how we will get back to $1 quite quickly.

Based on the sedi filings there won't be any announcement of the closing until Monday hopefully they advise the market of this in the AM holding strong

What is everyone's prediction on the timing of the NR for the closing of the deal? Monday still?
