Well said Sir...

share structure.

i read occassionally on here (comment and get abused by as well) and people never discuss share structure.  it's important (imo) to understand that.  it really helps understand what's happening with the share price.  talking about a "pipeline" daily doesnt really help anyone.  it's just the same noise and distraction coming from the boilerroom.

does anyone know the fully diluted cap of tetra?  in 2017 alone they granted 13 million options and warrants - most of which is in the money over 70c.  that's 11% of the current float.  not to mention a clause i posted a while back about tetra allotting additional grants in 10% increments whenver they see fit.  read: these are salaries.

the current market cap is 120M. suggesting a stock price of 4$ per share would inflate this to 475M.  take a look around in this space (or others sectors) and see what other companies are valued between 120M-475M.  several of them are making pretty decent revenue already, in addition to a "pipeline".  now i understand that people will say "why sell now, when this will be much higher later?"  we all may have different answers for that and it's difficult to see into the future. i'll just say that some people have no problem taking a profit.  even at 1$ share price, that a gain of 40% - not bad.  on the 8M warrants at 5c, thats 2000% gainer.

i don't have an opinion of how good tetra products are and somehow i don't think most anyone does (ever notice tetra social media followers is shareholders only and no client base), but i'm convinced this board is a boilerroom distracting people trying to learn what they are buying into by claiming they are long investors and then blabbering on about calling the CSA to report downticking of a penny.  consider yourself lucky it's only a penny.  there's other company that get washed at end of day with market order buys/sells much greater than 1%.

anyway, there is several factors when considering investing but after being bit pretty hard before by a convulated share structure, i try and pay a little attention to that.  you don't have to, but sometimes it helps understand the short term movement.

You write a lot but you don't say much and what you seem to say speaks for Tetra. It is justly when we compare Tetra to other companies in the sector that we can conclude that it is very undervalued. Actually you are right, Tetra should be around 475M when we compare to others. None of its competitors have revenue yet and they don't have half the portfolio Tetra have. Just tell me, what is ...more

Good post PCR! i will be bold and say who cares about revenues right now. It’s a process! Takes time. read this article below, might shed some light! I knows it’s comparing oranges to apples but who cares, the idealogy is there. Tetra knows how to make money, they just haven’t done any yet. Tetra will be huge one day. Like PCR said, going after a DIN # takes time. Tetra is near the finish line ...more

We are all here because we know exactly what we are getting into.  You think we want to be here on this sh1tty forum from 1995? We are here because we are in on the ground floor of a multi-billion dollar business. We know the risks, understand there wont be real revenue for a while. Anyone serious knows this will not happen overnight. $1...$4, who cares about that. I'm in this for $10 ...more
