well said stocktickler87, I am hearing what gmack is saying, yes dilution, giving options and shares, all spot on, but he dwells on this... like TBP is the only stock to do this! I would think that about 90 % of companies listed have done all those things and are still alive and kicking. all the major pot plays have done the same thing when they had much smaller market caps and were under 2 bucks
