Anyone hear any news on the NorthBud IPO? Initial agreement said by june 30th they had to be on the market no?

I just sent them an email asking about this the other day,  they didn't include much info at all but i have included his responses to me below.   Ryan was super fast to respond which was nice.  First email: Thanks for your inquiry  The deadline for north Bud to provide receipt  of the prospectus is June 30 th so there is no guarantee it will ...more
