Well the company has no choice but to do it...The only way they can get the money is to give the shares with warrants... It's the only way they can sell them maybe?...I agree it's not a good sign.. There is good side: .the expenses related to issue of warrants are very low. Also issuing warrants raises the image of companies because it reflects the confidence of investors in the company
