I did revist the presentation from their web site and can guess a few things: 1. Filing of Phase 2 for PPP002 2. Fiing of Phase 1 of PPP003 3. Filing of Phase 1 of PPP004 4. Announcement of major distribution partner (not from presentation but hopeful thinking)

That’s what I calculate as well. 37,500,000 as of the prospectus plus 12,958,000 for the pp plus 760,000 when the Venosta land deal closes (maybe already done) equals 51,218,000 shares and 6,479,000 warrants
