What happens to warrants during if a buyout happens?

Hey Leaf, or anyone else.

Do you know what would happen to our warrants if a buyout takes place before we exercise the warrants?  To further the question, is there a situation aside from an acceleration clause ( which we dont have ) that would mess with our warrants?  I am small time and picked up 5000 warrants at $0.14, on top of my current tbp shares.

Sorry... I was in a rush so I didn't answer properly. There is nothing else that would mess with the warrants.

I'm in the US and have E-trade and it sucks because I can't buy TBP warrants through there. I can buy other warrants if I wanted to like OGI for example, but doesn't show up as an option for TBP. :Sigh:

Call them up to make sure 100% that it's not an option. We may have a pullback so find out ahead of time.
