major distribution agreement with Kombucha Baby Brewing Company and its partners for the exclusive distribution of its Hemp Energy Drink in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario as well as California, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. not sure of dates, as they haven't been disclosed.

afaik, it hasnt been annouced. but kombucha baby's products are currently in 10 stores throughout bc. notably they have agreements with loblaws, whole foods, and safeway.
