They are "protecting their product". That is not news.
That they have applied for a patent to protect their "potential" end product is not news. That is just common business sense 101. Not worthy of a press release or a 15% rise in SP. Fluff.

News, Investor update, next step, fluff. Take it as you will, 15% rise in SP is happening, so it is what it is. Next will be the DIN application, after the probability of getting a patent and that can be fluff for you as well. Maybe someone knows something about something. But we will see in time. JMO, GLTA... You're numb, IP = protection and is not fluff, entire businesses are centered strictly around owning IP
