Clarification of deal closing details

Quick question for the board - was the reason for the spike in SP yesterday that $9m worth of the closing is in stock, and someone is manipulating the SP in order for less shares being required to = $9m worth? Or do the powers at be not care about an added 20-40% additional dilution occurring and the SP increase was more the result of recent exposure and now better NHP lineup and likely earlier revenue being reported? I also now suspect that upon the closing is when we get 100% confirmation and public acknowledgement of our distribution partner - having a larger NHP product line etc available. Is it a mix of both? I loved the discussion over the ocular products in development and research, definitely aligns to what Guy eluded to with respects to monetizing those in 2019! Guesses for where this goes in the coming days? Also.. where are we getting the $3m cash? The recent Aphria injection? Or more future raises coming? Thanks for thoughts,
