I was talking with a guy who was telling me that Aphria was having some trouble with disease in their greenhouses. I know he knows the growing aspect of the game well, but never thought it would touch tbp.

Yes it is, a bunch of students from McGill went to analyze APHA greenhouses to find out new forms of germs and bacteria.....  retrofitted greenhouse is not the best..... unless ur doing it FIRE way and literally rebuilding up to 90%.
