can someone please explain what would happen to warrants if we were ever bought out?? Just curious...GO TBP GO

Many different outcomes depending on the terms of the buyout.. but normally they will convert over to the new company if its public If not a conversion, and the buyout is above the warrant strike price they could request that all warrants be exercised Theres many different scenarios that can play out, but if you have warrants that are in the money after the buyout price you wouldnt need to worry ...more
