This Reverse Split talk

This has spiraled out of control
Look, all companies have this option to vote on consolidation during their yearly meetings. It doesn't mean it will happen.
I think this mainly started as a rumor on social media and is now everywhere, the hot topic for discussion.
It makes no sense for TBP to do this right now, it would prove nothing. The only reason they would perform a consolidation would be to move their SP up for an uplist. But, many other criteria have to be met as well- AND KEPT. Which we are not there yet, at least not now during this COVID situation, which has delayed many items-- for many companies, not just TBP. For those that say they will uplist and then be shorted to oblivion? Keep reading..
TBP would time this R/S with a major catalyst, if they were to go forward with it (which they haven't said they would). They aren't just going to do it for no reason out of the blue. A big milestone met, drug sales, CAUMZ, who knows what it would be, but when moving up to TSX, or NASDAQ, you need show proof of concept, have a product in advanced stages. You need to meet a minimum SP - AND keep it, funds to cover development, manufacturing etc etc...You can't just uplist, get shorted, lose your SP and then get delisted...You think Guy is an idiot? why do you think this would happen? That would literally ruin the company and everything they have worked so hard for to date..you don't think he knows what is required and that people are allowed to short stocks, and that you need to maintain all criteria for the uplist? If you think this is a shell company and that you are just being scammed, sell your shares and move on. If not, trust that these respectable scientists, company leaders and board members know maybe just a LITTLE bit more about this stuff than you do..
This is all of course if TBP decides to go ahead with the split. Which, again, they have NOT come out and said that they would. It's an option that all companies have. Many vote on it all the time and never do implement. If timed correctly though it can be a great tool to get off this shitty Venture exchange. If you haven't noticed, the black pools and manipulators are keeping the share price down to drive you all nuts, and it seems to be working. I'm tired of seeing the SP at these lows, not sure about you..
Good luck and God Bless - Yes I am a shareholder.

Everyone should read this. Most rational and sane input I have seen on this board in some time.
