I am, kind of. The up front payment is nice (actually really nice -> we got something back lol). But the date for the sales starting seems a little optimistic? I really hope Tetra is not overpromising again. Also the other company is fairly young, hard to estimate how reasonable the up front payment is. overall positive, but timelines need to be met.

LOl well it is an LOI.. SO let wait for that to close.. But either way --- I really thought they couldnt announce any news until march the 3rd becasue of the bought deal.. But i guess bought deal works different. IF i am not mistaken, its probaby closed and just needs to announce the deal. - That means ARDS - or another trial money is coming in - Tetra ...more
