I guess I just have cautious optimism based on TBP history, they have aproval to fill out an application form, its like qualifing for the olympics does not mean you are going to come home with a gold medal, still a long way to go and the market will decide the share price based on results not hype and exageration.Thats why the price moved .02 today, price was .49 beginning of May.

The Americans have confidence in official apporval procedures, the Canadians hardly. Todays news would have made a jump of 10-20% in the US. IMHO.
