ITS NOT THAT SIMPLE !
You need to read some history on other trials that have taken place and not just what Guy says.
They monitor blood pressure , oxygen levels , blood work, side effects ,rash, sleep, side effects, alertness , dizziness, do they become dependent on the medication,mood changes, does the dose have to be constantly increased to have the same results FOR MONTHS AFTER THE STUDY AND TRIAL is completed.
Its you that does not get it.
There was a 4 year study in Australia 2014-2018 were they monitored patients for a year for side effects after the 4 year study 1500 patients.They found it to be inconsistant because everyone responded differently no consistant data results to be conclusive.
