New York State Bans Hydro

After 5 years of study it appears that based on a NYS Health Dept study a decision has been made by the governor to ban hydrofracing in New York State.  GASFRAC is not high volume hydrofracing.  This could create a real opportunity for GASFRAC to work with all those companies holding gas leases in NYS.  Meanwhile, I would expect numerous lawsuits to be filed contesting this decision.  Your thoughts ?

It all means future contracts ... The technology is there, Units are not setting fire and health & safety is showing position results. its not like the 80's trial were this unit burned to the ground canceling the project. Gasfrac has gone into non-disclosure agreement with the Saudi.. I will keep buying with my 2 paycheck a month and see what they hold 10 years might just be my lotto to ...more
