Warrants at 0.35 will take a short time to clear through. Obviously this is the next stop for the share price  

Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional Common Share (each, a "Warrant Share") at an exercise price of $0.35 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Private Placement.

Yup I agree ... 0.35 coming soon cuz in total approximately 50 million shares at average of 0.277 ...approx 33 million shares @ 0.24 and another approx 16 million shares @ 0.35 ... which are valuing shares basically at current values and Eric Sprott personally putting in $3 million personally...glta
